Where we usually have openings
Install crews
Solar array installation, roofing, and the electrical work between them. Experience welcome; the right attitude about safety matters more.
Site survey
The people who decide whether a roof can take an array and whether the service panel can handle it. Gets it right before anyone quotes.
Design
Panel layout, production modeling and the CAD work that install crews have to build from.
Permitting
Municipal permits and utility interconnection across four states, each with its own rules. Unglamorous and genuinely decisive.
Service
HVAC and solar service. The people customers meet years after the sale, which makes this the job that protects the reputation.
Sales and setting
We'd rather have fewer, better-qualified conversations than volume. If you need to oversell to close, this won't suit you.

Our solar and roofing installation and service teams are SunnyMac employees across Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and our heating and cooling teams across Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. That allows the teams to coordinate when a project involves more than one part of the home.
